The Carlstadt Board of Education will be conducting a re-registration of all students- both in and out of district. Re-registration will take place in the Main Lobby of the Carlstadt Public School on the following dates and times:
Thursday, November 17, 2016 1-7 pm
Monday, November 21, 2016 1-7 pm
When you arrive for re-registration, please have the following ORIGINAL documents:
*Provide one (1) of the following documents (MANDATORY):
- Deed, Mortgage, Property Tax Bill; Rental Lease showing names of tenants/children; Notarized Statement/Affidavit from landlord stating you are the tenant and showing the names of all individuals who reside within the dwelling.
*Provide two (2) of the following documents:
- Utility Bills;
- Voter registration card;
- Driver’s License;
- Bank statement;
- Other evidence of property ownership or tenancy
*If divorced, provide proof of custody/joint custody
*Provide any Court Order regarding guardianship, if applicable.
