Admissions and Registration
FOR NEW STUDENTS
Registration for Pre-K & Kindergarten Student Information
Parents are required to pre-register their child through the Genesis Open Registration Link as the first step when registering to attend the Carlstadt Public School for ALL grades pre-K through grade 8.
The following documents are required and can be sent or delivered in person:

- Birth Certificate
- Lease or mortgage statement and 2 utility bills
- Dental Exam Form (recommended but not required)
- Physician Exam Form
- Proof of residence
- Immunizations Record (must be up to date and physical examinations must be completed within a year of the start of school. We realize that some children may have limited access to their physicians due to COVID-19.
Please forward any records you have to be reviewed by our school nurse, Ruth Polifronio.
She will inform you if anything else is required to complete your child's health registration.
